About JIFF Realty, Inc.
Founded in 1991 JIFF Realty, Inc., by Owner/Broker Tamra J. Braun. I pride myself on providing my clients with complete and accurate service. I will take your sale or purchase from offer to closing, making sure all the details are covered.
Unlike most real estate companies I do not require long exclusive listings. I am more than comfortable working with a non-exclusive or one party listing. I have an extensive database of active, qualified buyers and can usually make the sale from that list. Plus I will not advertise your property unless requested to do so by you.
I have been a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin for 25 years. I have closed numerous transactions, including Motels, Condo Projects, Office Buildings, Multi-Family, Retail and Manufactured Housing Communities.
For the last five years I have focused on Manufactured Housing Community Sales. The Manufactured Housing industry has been very active for several years. To keep current on any changes to the industry I joined the Wisconsin Housing Alliance.
Tenacity is the word I would use to describe myself. If the deal is possible to get done, you can count on me to stick with it until it closes. Many clients have said their transactions would not have closed had I not been involved.
My previous experience includes, accounting, investments banking and mortgage brokering.
